After our discussion, I can prepare a proposal, quote, and contract outlining all tasks / deliverables and expectations. 

kick-off meeting

If needed, we can schedule a kick-off meeting to discuss all aspects of the project in detail and plan next steps.

updates & tracking

Throughout the project, I will track and manage all tasks and activities (escalating when needed) and providing detailed reports, time tracking, and invoices.
